Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 15 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or on Gazetted Holidays in India. For a full list of Gazetted holidays in India visit https://www.india.gov.in/calendar.
In-case your pin-code falls within a remote location in India, including border areas, NEFR, we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All locations within India are eligible for free shipping. Nothing extra will be charged to your account. Standard shipping period for most locations in India is 3-5 business days. Occasionally shipping periods may vary.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or whatsapp message/standard SMS, once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
NainaArunima is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
NainaArunima is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
So you are not in India. No problem!
Please get in-touch with us on instagram, whatsapp or by email detailing your requirements and location.
We will confirm your order, delivery times and delivery costs before charging you. Once terms are agreed upon, International payments will be transacted through specially generated payment links for your purchase.
Orders will be processed as soon as we confirm your payment.
We shall deliver your order within 21 -25 days of placement of order. Earlier delivery may be possible depending on your address/ country details.
